Please indicate how you would like to receive your certificate, if you would like to receive the certificate by email send your request and e-mail adress to  belle51062@msn.com. Please include the name of the receiver as well as who the certificate is from.  If you would like to have the certificate sent by USPS please include the mailing address where you would like the certificate to be mailed if you choose to have it mailed, also the receiver's name and who it is from.

To receive a certificate for more than $25 please use the quantity button i.e: $50 = 2 $25 certificates, $75 = 3 $25 certificate etc.
