Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. When our Energy (Ki) is low, there is restriction and we feel stressed, ill, unhappy and tired. This alternative healing modality promotes relaxation and stress reduction. A stress free body is a healthy body! Developed in 1922 by Dr. Mikao Usui, this hands on healing technique can be learned by anyone. There is no pre-requisite to become a student of Reiki. Reiki must be taught in person by a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher. In this class you will learn:

-What is Reiki?

-The History of Reiki

-How does Reiki work?

-What are the different levels of Reiki?

-Hand placements during a Reiki session

-How to begin a Reiki practice

-Basic meditation

-The Auric field

You will receive the necessary attunements and certification to become a Reiki Level I Practitioner. All class materials and a 179 page workbook are included in the cost of $170 per person. This class is limited to a maximum of 6 students. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for this class. This class will be taught by Cindy Howell, Reiki Master/Teacher. She has been practicing this healing modality since 1994.
